Delivery

Please note that we only deliver to addresses in Singapore at this moment. We are unable to fulfill international orders.

Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with details of your order including the delivery address and delivery instructions for your order.

Please check that these are correct as our delivery personnel will rely on this to fulfill your order. Typically, your order will be delivered within 3 working days upon confirmation of order on our system. Depending on what you order and your order size, we have a few delivery options. For Standard Delivery, you will receive your item within 3 working days from 9 am to 10 pm. If you choose Scheduled Delivery please choose between the available time slots: 9 to 12 am, 12 to 3 pm and 3 to 6 pm and 6 to 10 pm.

For some items we have free shipping which will be done by Singpost. You will receive your order in the post. This will clearly be stated in your order confirmation.

Returns

Each item we retail will have its own specific return policy. Please read the return policy associated with each item carefully before purchasing. Some items purchased are non-returnable / non-refundable.

If the item you purchased can be returned according to its return policy, do note that the item must be unused and returned in the condition you received it. You must notify us immediately (within 24 hours) if you notice a defect with the item you ordered.

All refunds will be processed on the same medium you paid with and in some cases the refund will be subject to taxes or deductions. Our staff will advise you on this.
